Mary Zikeli , 76

Mary Zikeli Mrs. Mary Tomeo Zikeli , age 76, of 714 Cole Rd., New Castle, Pa, passed away at the Beaver Valley Medical Center on Monday at 6:14 pm following a brief illness.

Mary was born on May 15, 1932 to the late Pietro A., and Antonia Feola Tomeo in Ellwood City. She was a graduate of Lincoln High school and had worked for 28 years at the Ellwood City Knitting Mill, and was Protestant by faith. Mrs. Zikeli enjoyed gardening.

Mrs. Mary Zikeli is survived by her husband Alfred Zikeli whom she married on September 26, 1959, One brother Nick and his wife Jennie Tomeo of Ellwood City, two sisters and brother in laws Antionette, & Batiste Pansera, and Betty, & Luigi DiBattista both of Ellwood City. And many nieces and nephews .

Mary was preceded in death by two sisters Rose Boggs in 2003 , and Jennie Prest in 2002.

Visitation for Mrs. Mary Zikeli will be held on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm and Thursday from 10 to 11 am at the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home, Inc..

A service will be held on Thursday at 11 am at the Samuel Teolis Funeral home, Inc. and be conducted by Rev. Tom O'Brien. Internment wil follow at the Slippery rock Cemetery in Wayne Twp..
