The family of Ruth has our deepest sympathy. Ruth was my Guardian Angel in 1967 we moved to Wiley Hill I was a young wife and a mother of a 4 month old daughter. Ruth was the best neighbor and friend to our family. Always helpful and informative about everything in our new town, the neighborhood was filled with young teenagers who we so often think about the fun we shared.
