Mary Jane Witte , 92
Mrs. Mary Jane Witte, 92, of 945 Border Ave. (Northview Estate), Ellwood City passed away at her residence on Saturday July 3, 2010 at 12:30 am.
Mrs. Witte was born on March 15, 1918 in Butler to the late Albert C. Johnston, and Pansy R. Sowash. She graduated from the Butler High School in 1935 , and was Protestant by faith. Mary Jane worked at the R&R Laundry in Ellport for many years as a clerk.
Survivors include two sons and daughter in laws; Frank A. & Freda Witte of Beaver Falls, and James & Lea Witte of Virginia, 12 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, a sister in law ; Joann & Tom Williams of Ellport, and a son in law; Jim Burton of Florida.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Frank D. Witte whom she married on May 24, 1935 and passed away on April 2, 1992, and a daughter; Connie Burton.
There will be no visitation or service. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home, Inc.. Internment will be at the Holy Redeemer Cemetery.

We are so sad to hear of Mame's passing, she was a sweet lady and will be missed. My parents spoke very fondly of Mame and enjoyed their visits with her at the laundrymat. Heaven has gained a wonderful angel. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
