My prayers to the family, with deep sympathy on your loss. Fred was a childhood friend and classmate at St. Agatha. I will remember him always having fun and being the comedian. He always wanted to make you laugh. God's blessings to you Fred!
Fred was a classmate of mine at St. Agatha's and Lincoln HS. His father cut my brothers hair for years. I haven't seen Fred for many years, but have funny, fond memories of him. May God hold him in His arms. My deepest sympathies to his family.
I considered "Freddie" as my buddy in High School. He always made me laugh and was a very caring person. I pray that his family feels God's comfort as God welcomes Jim home.
Fred was one of those classmates that everyone knew and liked. His friendly attitude carried into his adult life. We seemed to "bump" into him all the time in the produce department. Always a smile - always a hello. A real "family-guy". It was truly our pleasure to have known Fred.
Gianene, Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Fred we love you and will miss seeing your smiling face. Thank you for being a wonderful friend to all of us!
To the family of Fred Polis, you have my deepest reget's for your loss. I worked w/Fred for many yrs. @ the New Castle Wal-Mart. He became an awesome friend to me. There were times he shared his love of his family as I did of mine w/him. Fred "Adored" his family very, very much..and was extremely proud of wife & kid's. After all, he had a lot to be proud of. We worked together on Children's Miracle Network fundraising effort's....he blew everyone out of the water when it came to helping that organization on behalf of Wal-Mart. He is unreplaceable for many, many reason's.
Fred, you helped so many chidren (that never even knew). You worked tirelessly. Thank you for every kind word you ever said to me. May you rest, now, in peace, and I'll forever remember you. Your friend Linda
Dear Polis,
I just wanted to say how sorry I am of your loss. I got the honor of knowing Fred through James (his son) and he always knew how to make me laugh. I sure did enjoy his "Stone Cold" Steve Austin impression, I know his wonderful spirit will live in all that has known and loved him so much. Keep thinking of the good times, you guys had with him and it will get you through. James, if you ever need anything, let me know.

My Aunt Dot is blind so she asked I sign the guestbook for her... her daughter Ronda and niece (Terri) went to Lincoln High School with Fred. He was always so friendly to her when she was shopping for produce at Walmart. He always had a smile for her and spoke to her. Her prayers are with you the family.
