Janet Lynn Hawrylak, age 49, of 111 Wampum Ave. Ellwood City, passed away at her residence on Sunday.
Ms. Hawrylak was born on September 23, 1959 in Ellwood City to the late Walter "Skip" Hawrylak, and Bertha J. Pavlin Hawrylak whom survives, of Chewton. She had attended Lincoln High School, and graduated from both the Pittsburgh Beauty School in Beaver Falls, & CCBC with an Associates Degree in Bussiness. Janet had worked for Zambeli Internationale Fireworks Manufacturing Company for 4 years and the Colonial Fireworks Company for 7 Years as an office manager, and most recently she was employed by Info-Cision in New Castle.
Janet is survived by her Mother Bertha J. Pavlin Hawrylak of Chewton, one son, Michael Hawrylak of Ellwood City, one sister , Linda Hawrylak of Ellwood City, one brother and his wife, Joseph, Tammy Hawrylak,of Chewton.
Ms. Hawrylak was preceded in death by her father, a brother David Hawrylak, and a brother in infancy.
Visitation will be on Tuesday from 6 to 9 pm at the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home, Inc... A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Wednesday at 10:00 am at the Holy Redeemer Church with Father Mark Thomas officiating.
Internement will follow at the Holy Redeemer Cemetery. Those attending the funeral mass are asked to meet on Wednesday by 9:20am at the funeral home as the procession to church will begin to leave at 9:30am.
